Flow allows you to copy information from a Sharepoint List, form, and other sources and services to help you sync files, share data, and complete processes faster.

Microsoft To-Do gives you personal To-do lists to manage personal and work tasks and projects. It automatically integrates with Outlook to help you keep track of tasks anywhere. 

Group Task and Project Management

Keep track of group projects and tasks with Planner. it integrates with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint online so you and your group can manage projects online, on your desktop, or mobile device. 

Advanced Project and Portfolio Management

Microsoft Project is offered at a cost to groups needing advanced tools for project management like milestone setting, dependent tasks, resource costing, and more.
