Q: How do I add or remove multiple users in my Team? Is there a bulk add/user feature?

A: Yes.

Identify your Group. Go to the link below and search for your Group.

Click thru:  Group > Members > Bulk Operations > [Import | Remove | Download] Members

Follow the instructions it provides, see below for further instructions.

  • Fill out a *.CSV file
  • Submit to ServiceNow
  • Assignment Group ITS-SYSTEMS OFFICE 365
  • Provide the name of the Team
  • State Add or Delete request
Create a new MS Excel file. Format and save as *.CSV
Row 1 Column A - leave as shown

Row 2 Column A - leave as shown 
Member object ID or user principal name [memberObjectIdOrUpn] Required
Example: Row 3 Column A on downward: add all emails to add or remove
